Stock market today: The domestic equity market may open in the negative territory on Friday, March 7.

At 7:40 AM, the GIFT NIFTY futures were trading at 22,551, down 30 points, or 0.13%. This suggests that the benchmark NIFTY50 index will open in red.

Stocks to watch on March 7; check list

  • Kalpataru Projects International: The company and its subsidiaries have bagged new orders worth ₹2,306 crore. The orders are related to the transmission and distribution (T&D) business in overseas markets and building projects in India.
  • RVNL: Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from South Western Railway for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) work. The size of the order is ₹156.35 crore.
  • RITES: The state-run firm has received ₹27.96 crore order from South Central Railway for “carrying out final location survey involving preparation of DPR, final alignment design, traffic survey report, ROR calculations, detailed estimate and preparation of EPC documents for high speed elevated rail corridor between Hyderabad- Benguluru and Hyderabad-Chennai using Modern Survey Techniques e.g. Airborne or Terrestrial LIDAR."
  • Bajaj Finserv: The non-banking financial services company reported that its unlisted subsidiary, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company, posted a gross direct premium of ₹1,219 crore in February 2025. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd, another unlisted unit, reported new business premiums of ₹1,080.33 crore for February 2025.
  • Biocon: The company's subsidiary, Biocon Biologics, has collaborated with not-for-profit generic drug maker Civica, to expand access and affordability of Insulin Aspart in the United States.
  • TCS: The IT services major has signed an expanded deal with global financial institution Northern Trust to centralise and standardise its custody operations across 99 direct and global markets.
  • Brigade Enterprises: The real estate company has launched the premium residential project Brigade Altius in Chennai. The project has a revenue potential of ₹1,700 crore.
  • Avenue Supermarts: The D-Mart operator has opened four new stores in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab, bringing the total number of stores to 396.
