Here is a list of stocks that may remain in focus today.
Hindustan Unilever: The FMCG major said that it has completed the sale of its entire 19.8% shareholding in Nutritionlab Pvt Ltd for a consideration of ₹307 crore.
Ramky Infrastructure: The infrastructure development company has secured a ₹1,401.84 crore contract from Maharashtra Industrial Township Ltd for the Dighi Port Industrial Area Project for EPC-based infrastructure works within Dighi Port Industrial Area Phase 1 under the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The project will be completed within 930 days from the appointed date.
Fractal Analytics: The recently listed company will announce its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, on Thursday, March 5.
BSE: The stock exchange has secured the nod of the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, to launch new derivative contracts on the "SENSEX Next 30 Index".
Omnitech Engineering: Shares of Omnitech Engineering will hit the secondary market on Thursday. The initial share sale of the high-precision engineered components manufacturer was subscribed 1.14 times. The ₹583 crore IPO was a mix of fresh issuance of ₹418 crore and an offer for sale component worth ₹165 crore by promoter Udaykumar Arunkumar Parekh.
Gujarat Gas: Amid the Middle East crisis, the company said that the availability of R-LNG has become severely constrained. "In light of the above situation, the company has issued Force Majeure Notices to its industrial customers in terms of the provisions of the Gas Supply Agreements restricting the daily contracted quantity effective from 6th March, 2026," the firm said.

The city gas provider said that acts of war are not covered by the insurance taken by Gujarat Gas. The likely impact of force majeure, which is presently an ongoing event, cannot be estimated at this point of time, it said.

Cyient: The Bengaluru Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted the petition filed by Infotech HAL Limited (a 50:50 joint venture of the company with HAL) for the commencement of the liquidation process of Infotech HAL Ltd.
Protean eGov Technologies: The company has approved the appointment of Mitesh Shah as Executive Vice President (Chief Information Officer) of the company effective March 5.
