Auto, pharma, IT stocks: Shares of automobile, pharma, and IT services companies will be in focus today as US President Donald Trump announced that 25% tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada would take effect on Tuesday. This has stoked fears of a trade war in North America and sent financial markets reeling.

Further, the US President reaffirmed that he would increase tariffs on all Chinese imports to 20% from the previous 10% levy to punish Beijing for failing to halt shipments of fentanyl to the US.

IEX: The Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) registered a 9% year-on-year rise in trade volumes to 9,622 million units in February compared to the previous year, according to a company statement on Monday.

A total of 16.37 lakh renewable energy certificates were traded during the month, marking a 167% year-on-year (y-o-y) increase, it said. The next REC trading sessions at the Exchange are scheduled for March 12th and 26th.

ITC: Financial services company Wells Fargo has sold ITC's shares worth ₹106 crore through an open market transaction.

San Francisco-headquartered Wells Fargo & Company is a diversified, community-based financial services company with approximately $1.9 trillion in assets.

Wipro: IT services firm Wipro's revenue is likely to increase by about 4.5% in FY26, mainly driven by favourable sectoral trends and recovery in discretionary customer spending, according to global rating agency Fitch.

The agency retained Wipro's Long-Term Foreign- and Local-Currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) at 'A-' with a stable outlook.

RBL Bank: The lender said that on March 3, 2025, GST authorities initiated a search at three offices of RBL Bank Limited in Maharashtra. The proceedings are ongoing, and the bank is cooperating fully in providing data as per the request placed.
ASK Automotive: Auto components maker ASK Automotive Ltd. announced on Monday that it has signed a technical assistance and license agreement with Japan's Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki Co. Ltd. to manufacture high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels for two-wheelers.

Under the agreement, Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki Co., Ltd. (KYSK) will offer technical expertise and knowledge sharing. The products to be manufactured under the agreement will be supplied to the identified Japanese customer, ASK Automotive said in a statement.

Godrej Properties: The company, on March 3, 2025, cancelled the agreement dated February 15, 2008, with TCM Limited (formerly known as Travancore Chemical & Manufacturing Co. Ltd.) for the development of a land parcel situated in Thrikkakara, Kochi.
