Q1 FY27 results today: More than 100 companies will declare earnings on Thursday, July 30. They include Bajaj Finance, Tata Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Hyundai Motor India, Vedanta Aluminium Metal, IRFC, Vedanta, Mankind Pharma, Swiggy, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, Exide Industries, LIC Housing Finance and Gillette India, among others.
Punjab National Bank: The public sector bank approved raising foreign currency funds by establishing a Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme of up to USD 1.5 billion and issuing bonds thereunder through its PNB IFSC Banking Unit in GIFT City.
Hirect: Hirect (formerly known as Hind Rectifiers Ltd) has received its first order from the United States of America for traction motor assemblies. The order is scheduled for delivery during FY27.
NBCC India: In an exchange filing, the company informed that a formal agreement has signed between Government of Republic of Seychelles and NBCC to built Ile Aurore Housing Project at Seychelles with 1008 affordable housing units and the associated infrastructure.
Vikran Engineering: The power EPC company successfully commissioned the strategically important 132 kV Miao–Namsai Transmission Line in Arunachal Pradesh, according to an exchange filing.
GAIL (India): The company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd to establish a gas-based fertiliser project in Maharashtra through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
Eicher Motors: The company saw a 21.4% rise in consolidated net profit at ₹1,462.51 crore in the three months ended June 30, 2026, riding on record volumes. It had posted a consolidated net profit of ₹1,205.22 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's board also approved an investment of ₹1,225 crore for phase I of greenfield expansion in Andhra Pradesh for motorcycle production capacity upgrade as part of an overall investment plan of Rs ₹2,500 crore in a phased manner.

The consolidated Q1 revenue from operations stood at ₹6,632.42 crore vs ₹5,041.84 crore in the same quarter last fiscal, reflecting a growth of 31.55%.

The group's two-wheeler arm, Royal Enfield, reported its highest-ever quarterly sales of 3,32,940 motorcycles, an increase of 27% from 2,61,326 units in the corresponding quarter, the company said.

Vedanta Iron and Steel: The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹122 crore in Q1 FY27, driven by increased volumes and a rise in steel and iron ore prices. ​ ​

In the year-ago period, it had reported a net loss of ₹142 crore.

Its revenue from operations advanced 18.32% year-on-year to ₹3,662 crore in the reporting quarter as against ₹3,095 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. ​

Waaree Energies: The solar photovoltaic manufacturer's Q1 FY27 consolidated net profit stood at ₹891.87 crore, up 15.39% from ₹772.89 crore in the period ended June 2025.

Its revenue from operations rose 79.22% YoY to ₹7,931.79 crore in the April-June period of the current fiscal year, compared to ₹4,425.83 crore a year back.

As of date, it has achieved a record order book of around ₹61,500 crore.

Acme Solar Holdings: Renewable energy independent power producer Acme Solar Holdings Ltd reported a 79.9% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit after tax to ₹235 crore in the latest June quarter of the financial year 2026-27, supported by strong revenue growth. ​

It had reported a post-tax profit of ₹131 crore a year back, the company said in a statement. ​

The company's total revenue from operations surged 63.3% to ₹954 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹584 crore in the April-June period of the fiscal year 2026. ​

The revenue growth was aided by higher irradiation, plant performance, and RE and BESS capacity addition, the company said. During the quarter, the firm commissioned 2.3 GWh capacity, taking the cumulative commissioned BESS capacity to 3.62 GWh.

Vedanta Power: The newly listed company posted a standalone net loss of ₹449 crore in the latest June quarter as against a net profit of ₹75 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. ​

It reported a total income of ₹1,844 crore in Q1 FY27, up 6.34% from ₹1,734 crore a year back.

"Our maiden quarter as a standalone listed company marks an important milestone for Vedanta Power. Strong revenue and power sales, backed by operational excellence, fuel security, improved credit ratings and sustainability initiatives, demonstrate the resilience of our business and future readiness," Vedanta Power Chief Executive Officer Rajinder Singh Ahuja said in a statement.
