The rights issue offered eligible shareholders the opportunity to purchase four new shares for every existing share held for ₹10 per share, the company stated in a press release.
"The rights issue committee of the company, in its meeting held on July 15, 2025, approved the allotment of 69,99,85,723 partly paid-up equity shares...," the company said.
The funds raised will be used to support the company's expansion in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital payments.
The GSPA follows a binding term sheet signed in January 2024, GAIL said in a statement.
"Under the agreement, Vitol will deliver LNG to GAIL from its global LNG portfolio," it said.
Speaking on the occasion, GAIL Director (Marketing) Sanjay Kumar said the company is expanding its long-term LNG portfolio to meet demand growth. "We are pleased to partner with Vitol Asia Pte Ltd, and this agreement represents a key milestone in reinforcing GAIL's capability to reliably serve its diverse and evolving customer base."
Its net profit stood at ₹313.20 crore in the year-ago period.
AWL Agri Business Ltd sells edible oils and some other food products under the Fortune brand.
Total income of AWL Agri Business, however, rose to ₹17,264.74 crore in the April-June period of the 2025-26 fiscal year from ₹14,207.84 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
Total expenses grew to ₹16,954.14 crore from ₹13,789.67 crore.
It had logged a profit of ₹141.2 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.
Net revenue from operations grew about 6% to ₹297.8 crore during the first quarter of FY26, as against ₹280.5 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Seen sequentially, profit and revenue rose 1.2% and 2.9%, respectively.
The loss-making public sector telecom firm's total debt obligations reached ₹34,484 crore as of June 30, 2025, comprising a bank loan of ₹8,585 crore, a sovereign guarantee bond of ₹24,071 crore and a loan for DoT for paying sovereign guarantee bond interest of ₹1,828 crore, according to the filing.
The total loan default includes ₹3,733.22 crore of debt raised from Union Bank of India, ₹2,434.13 crore from Indian Overseas Bank, ₹1,121.09 crore from Bank of India, ₹474.66 crore from Punjab National Bank, ₹363.43 crore from State Bank of India, ₹273.58 crore from UCO Bank and ₹184.82 crore from Punjab & Sind Bank, along with principal and interest payments.
It had clocked a net profit of ₹123.45 crore in the first quarter of FY25, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The company's revenues from operations stood at ₹1,100.42 crore, as against ₹1,199.77 crore in the year-ago period.
Himadri Speciality brought down its expenses to ₹883.92 crore from ₹1,033.08 crore in the June quarter of the last financial year.
The private sector insurer recorded a net profit of ₹225 crore in the April-June period of FY25.
The net premium income of the insurance firm rose to ₹8,503 crore at the end of the June quarter of FY26 from ₹7,875 crore a year ago.
Its total expenses fell to ₹1,892 crore during the June quarter from ₹1,985 crore in the same period last year.
The proposed fundraise, which will kickstart ATL's three-year expansion plans, will be utilised for building capacity and setting up new container freight stations (CFS) and inland container depots (ICDs), the company said.
An Allcargo Group firm, ATL, specialises in CFS and ICD with a pan-India presence, serving diverse logistical requirements at strategic locations such as JNPT, Mundra, Chennai, and Kolkata.
The private sector insurer had a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹580 crore in the April-June period of the 2024-25 fiscal year.
Total income rose to ₹6,083 crore during the June quarter of FY26 from ₹5,352 crore a year ago.
Gross written premium was higher at ₹8,053 crore as against ₹7,931 crore in the year-ago period.
The proposed acquisition will be accomplished by combining primary and secondary investments, the company stated in a regulatory filing without disclosing financial details of the deal.
"Dixon and Q Tech Group are pleased to announce the execution of a binding term sheet on July 15, 2025, for the proposed acquisition of an aggregate of 51% shareholding in Q Tech India by Dixon for the purpose of collaboration in the manufacturing & supply of camera and fingerprint modules for mobile handsets, internet of things (IoT) systems and automotive applications.
Its net profit was at ₹582 crore during the April-June quarter of 2024-15, HDB Financial Services, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, said in a regulatory filing.
The company said its net total income was at ₹2,726 crore as of June 30, 2025, compared to ₹2,387 crore as of June 30, 2024, a growth of 14.2%.
Its assets under management (AUM) were ₹1,09,690 crore as of June 30, 2025, up 14.7% from the year-ago period.
