Mamata Machinery: Mamata Machinery shares will list on bourses today. The ₹179.39 crore Mamata Machinery IPO was subscribed 194.95 times. The book-built issue was open for subscription from December 19 to December 23.
RedTape Ltd: The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share, for which it has fixed January 3, 2025, as the record date.
RedTape will also issue bonus shares in the ratio of 3:1, which means that shareholders will be eligible for three bonus shares for every one share they own as of the record date.
RedTape Ltd is a footwear and apparel company.
Dixon Technologies (India): The company said that its subsidiary, Dixon Electro Manufacturing Private Limited, has entered into an MOU with Cellecor Gadgets Limited (“Cellecor”) for the manufacturing of refrigerators and their related components for Cellecor.
Gensol Engineering:
Gensol Engineering on Thursday said it has secured a ₹897 crore contract from NTPC Renewable Energy for the development of 225 MW grid-connected solar projects.
The project is to be developed in EPC mode at GSECL Solar Park (Stage-III), Khavda, located in the Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, the company said in a regulatory filing.
This contract entails the development of 225 MW-AC (alternate current), equivalent to 276 MW-DC (direct current), grid-connected solar projects.
IndusInd Bank: The private sector lender, as per news reports, is seeking to offload ₹1,573 crore of non-performing microfinance retail loans amid mounting stress in the microfinance sector. The bank plans to auction these distressed assets to interested entities through a public bidding process.
Mankind Pharma: Mankind Pharma Ltd. and Innovent Biologics on Thursday announced a partnership to exclusively license and commercialise the innovative immunotherapy drug Sintilimab, used in the treatment of cancer, in the Indian market.
NHPC: State-run hydropower giant NHPC on Thursday said the flash flood in October 2023 at the Teesta-V power station, Sikkim, resulted in a loss of ₹1,075.97 crore.
The company further noted that three units of 250 MW each of the Subansiri Lower hydro project will be completed by May 2025, and the remaining five units of 250 MW each will be completed by May 2026.
The company, in a regulatory filing, said that the amount of damage caused by the flash flood that occurred on October 4, 2023, was to the tune of ₹1,075.97 crore, which has been reported to the insurer.
Power Mech: The company has secured a ₹186 crore (excluding GST) order from Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited (JPVL). This order entails providing field operation and maintenance services for the 2 x 660 MW Jaypee Nigrie Super Thermal Power Plant located in Nigrie, Madhya Pradesh, over a five-year period starting from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029.
Jubilant FoodWorks:
Jubilant FoodWorks has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (‘MoU’) with Coca-Cola India Private Limited, containing the principal terms and conditions for the purchase of a portfolio of sparkling beverage products and certain other products from The Coca-Cola Company authorised bottlers and for conducting marketing activities (which will be undertaken in the usual/ordinary course) for the said products as defined in the MoU.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals: The Board of Directors of Gujarat Fluorochemicals has approved the slump sale of Power Undertaking (57 MW captive power plant) of the company to IGREL Mahidad Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, for a lump sum consideration of ₹200 crore (subject to closing adjustments). The transaction will be effective on or before 31st March, 2025, or such other date as may be mutually agreed between the parties, subject to customary closing approvals and conditions.
Electrosteel Castings: The company will carry out a planned shutdown of its MBF production facility at the Srikalahasthi Unit from 26 December, 2024, for a period of approximately 10-12 days for maintenance work.
Quess Corp: The company had filed a writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka against the demand and penalty orders aggregating to ₹180.05 crores issued by the Income Tax Department, Government of India (“IT Department”) to E-NXT Financials Limited (“E-NXT”) for the assessment years 2015-2016 onwards until 2018-19.
"The Hon’ble High Court has disposed of the case and quashed the demand and penalty orders vide order dated December 12, 2024 (received/downloaded from the High Court website on December 26, 2024)," the company said.
ACME Solar Holdings: ACME Renewtech Private Limited, a subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited (“ACME Solar”), has successfully secured ₹1,988 crore in term loan financing from Power Finance Corporation (PFC) to fund the development and construction of a 300 MW solar-wind hybrid renewable energy project.
Lemon Tree Hotels: Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing—Lemon Tree Hotel, Bapane, Maharashtra. The property, which shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, is expected to open in FY 2026.
This hotel will feature 76 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and other public areas.
