SUMMARY
Nelco, a Tata Group satellite communication service provider, on Monday announced a partnership and an investment of $20 million (approximately ₹191.2 crore) in US-based Lunar Holdco, Inc., which operates as Elveo Mobile.

The proposed transaction will be undertaken under Resilient's existing Optionally Convertible Debenture (OCD) agreement with Antfin (Netherlands) Holding B.V. While Resilient will execute the share sale, the economic value from the transaction will accrue to Antfin under the OCD arrangement.

Under the agreement, Nelco will subscribe to Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of the Delaware-headquartered Lunar Holdco. The CCDs carry a 7% annual compounded return, convertible into equity shares of the US firm based on specified conversion events.
Profit for the June quarter stood at ₹240.12 crore, up 31.6% YoY.
The company may, at its discretion, offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price for the issue. The QIP floor price of ₹4,885.90 represents a discount of around 6.4% to Monday's closing price of ₹5,219.
The final issue price will be determined in consultation with the book-running lead managers appointed for the QIP.
With the energising of the aforesaid capacity, the company has cumulatively energized 269.7 MW AC / 389.7 MW DC capacity under the said Wind-Solar Hybrid IPP Project. This project is being developed by the Company as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL).
