Logistics solutions provider Shiprocket shares surged more than 4% during the trading session on Monday, September 7, as investors awaited the company’s upcoming April to June quarter earnings report for the financial year 2026-27.
NSE data showed that the company’s board of directors is set to announce its Q1 earnings for FY27 on Monday, September 7.
“We would like to inform that the meeting of the board of directors of Shiprocket Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 07, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026,” the company informed the stock exchanges.
NSE data showed that Shiprocket shares surged 4.3% to touch their intraday high of ₹141.90 apiece on Monday’s market, in comparison to ₹135.92 apiece at the previous equity market close.
After touching the intraday high, Shiprocket’s stock retracted some of its intraday gains, trading 1.2% higher at ₹137.61 apiece during the trading session on September 7.
The logistics company further disclosed that Shiprocket will hold its earnings call on Tuesday, September 8, to discuss the financial and operational performance of the June quarter.
Official NSE filing data showed that Shiprocket incurred a net loss of ₹79.24 crore in the financial year ended 2026, in comparison to ₹74.49 crore in the previous financial year.
The exchange filing data also showed that the company’s revenue from core operations surged 24% YoY to ₹2,024.14 crore in the fiscal year ended 2025-26, compared with ₹1,632.01 crore in the fiscal year ended 2024-25.
Shiprocket’s April to June quarter earnings for FY27 is set to be the first earnings announcement since its listing on NSE.
After the NSE listing, global investment firm Goldman Sachs purchased 40,24,040 (over 40 lakh) equity shares through its entity named Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio during the trading session on Wednesday, August 19.
As per the exchange data, the investment company purchased the stake for a weighted average price of ₹131 apiece, as per the exchange data. This is the same price at which the company's shares were listed on the NSE.
NSE data showed that Shiprocket shares have delivered more than 46% returns on their initial public offering (IPO) investment to investors since the listing day, August 19, 2026, in comparison to the company’s issue price of ₹97 per share.
In the last five market sessions, the company’s stock has lost 1.4%, according to the exchange data.
Shiprocket shares have surged to their record high of ₹156.90 apiece on August 20, 2026, while the record low on NSE was at ₹124 on August 28, 2026.
The logistics solutions provider’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at ₹9,976 crore as of the trading session on Monday, September 7, 2026.
