Adani Enterprises: Shares of Adani Enterprises were trading 6% higher at ₹2,554 apiece on the BSE as, according to a news report, the flagship company of the ports-to-energy conglomerate helmed by billionaire Gautam Adani is likely to see consolidated revenue grow at a CAGR of 17.5% and net earnings by 45.8% over the 2023-24 fiscal year (FY24) and FY27.

Adani Enterprises is one of India's largest listed incubators, which has conceived, grown, matured, and demerged many successful businesses, including ports company Adani Ports & SEZ, city gas distributor Adani Total Gas, power transmission company Adani Energy Solutions, renewable energy firm Adani Green Energy, Adani Power, and commodities firm Adani Wilmar.

JSW Energy: Shares of JSW Energy surged as much as 7.67% to ₹673.05 apiece on the BSE in the opening deals on Monday, December 30, as the company on Friday said its arm JSW Neo Energy Ltd. (JSW Neo) will acquire a 4,696 MW renewable energy platform for an enterprise value of ₹12,468 crore from O2 Power Pooling Pte Ltd (O2 Power).
Vodafone Idea: Shares of Vodafone Idea (VIL), or Vi, the telecom company, rallied as much as 6.96% to ₹7.99 apiece on the NSE on Monday, December 30.
The stock price jumped as the telecom department has waived the requirement of a bank guarantee to be submitted for spectrum auctions held before the reform package, Vodafone Idea said on Saturday, adding that the latest "relief" will boost 4G and 5G investments in India. READ MORE
Cigniti, Coforge: Shares of Cigniti Technologies, one of the leading AI & IP-led digital assurance and digital engineering services companies, tumbled as much as 7.79% to ₹1,705.20 apiece on the NSE in the early trade on Monday, December 30, after Coforge and Cigniti Technologies announced a merger.

Coforge will absorb the smaller Cigniti Technologies. As per the share swap ratio announced, Cigniti’s shareholders will be issued one equity share of Coforge for every five shares they hold in Cigniti.

Shares of Coforge, on the other hand, were trading 1% higher at ₹9,553.15 apiece on the BSE.

Senores Pharmaceuticals: Shares of Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd on Monday were listed with a premium of over 53% against the issue price of ₹391.

The stock made its debut at ₹593.70, rallying 51.84% from the issue price on the BSE. Later, it jumped 55.75% to ₹609.

On the NSE, it listed at ₹600, reflecting a premium of 53.45%.

The 582 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd received 93.69 times subscription on the final day of bidding amid strong investors' participation.

The initial share sale had a price range of ₹372 - ₹391 per share. READ MORE
ITI Ltd: Shares of the company were trading around 15% higher at ₹376.75 apiece on the BSE.

In a month, the share price of the company has surged over 31%.

Greaves Cotton: Shares were trading around 8.5% higher at ₹305.10 apiece on the BSE after, as per news reports, 43.45 lakh shares, or 1.87% equity, worth ₹131 crore, changed hands at an average price of ₹312 per share.
Happiest Minds: The stock was trading 7.26% higher at ₹751 on the BSE.

The IT company posted a 15.2% on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹49.52 crore in the September 2024 quarter.

It reported a net profit of ₹58.46 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.

Revenue from operations during the quarter under review came in at ₹521.64 crore, an increase of 28.2% from ₹406.62 crore in Q2 FY24.

Ola Electric Mobility: Shares of Ola Electric Mobility were trading over 4% lower at ₹86.38 apiece on the BSE in the afternoon deals on Monday.

The stock price fell as the company's chief marketing officer (CMO), Anshul Khandelwal, and chief technology officer (CTO), Suvonil Chatterjee, resigned with immediate effect on Friday, December 27.

Gujarat Fluorochemicals: Shares of the company were trading 4.79% lower at ₹4,185.80 apiece on the BSE as a gas leakage at Gujarat Fluorochemicals in Bharuch's Dahej plant has led to the death of four workers.

The gas leakage at the CMS-1 plant of the GFL in Bharuch was caused by a valve that released toxic gas.

As a result of this incident, operations at the plant were temporarily disrupted.
