In a regulatory filing, the company said it has entered the Delhi-NCR real estate market with the allotment of a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida. The firm, however, did not disclose the land cost. The land parcel has a saleable potential of ~4.57 million sq. ft.
“Our entry into Delhi-NCR marks an important new chapter in Puravankara’s growth journey. NCR is one of India’s largest and most dynamic real estate markets, and we have been deliberate in identifying the right opportunity to establish our presence here,” said Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director of Purvankara.
“With a ₹5,200 crore development opportunity, this is a meaningful first step towards building a strong presence in NCR while remaining disciplined in our approach to capital deployment and growth,” added Ashish.
The acquisition marks Puravankara’s largest land transaction in FY27 so far. Including this acquisition, the company’s FY27 business development across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru spans approximately 10.74 million sq. ft. of saleable area and an estimated GDV of ₹14,100 crore.
As of June 30, 2026, Puravankara has completed 97 projects totalling approximately 59 million sq ft of area across nine cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa.
The realty firm had reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹25 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to a loss of ₹69 crore in Q1 FY26, while the EBITDA margin expanded to 25% from 15%
Its total revenue for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹877 crore, up 63% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹539 crore in Q1 FY26. The operating inflows for the quarter stood at ₹1,423 crore against operating outflows of ₹1,078 crore, resulting in an operating surplus of ₹345 crore.
The company handed over 745 homes covering 0.94 msft during the quarter, up from 667 units in Q1 FY26, sustaining the execution momentum built through FY26.
In Q1 FY27, the company recorded pre-sales of ₹1,439 crore, up 28% year-on-year, on sales volume of 1.36 million sq. ft. across 1,017 units.
In the reporting quarter, Puravankara announced four land transactions in Bengaluru spanning approximately 41.93 acres, with a cumulative development potential of around 4.23 msft.
At 1 PM, Purvankara shares were trading at ₹216.57 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, gaining 0.76%.
The stock has tanked 10% so far since the beginning of 2026, while on a year-on-year basis, it has fallen 20%.
Shares of the firm had hit a 52-week high of ₹287.30 on December 23, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹160.69 on March 30, 2026.
According to NSE data, as of September 22, 2026, Purvankara has a total market capitalisation of ₹5,139.03 crore.
