Earlier this month, Ola Electric, in a regulatory filing, announced that its 4680 Bharat Cell Powered S1 X+ 5.2 kWh scooter has been approved under the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 by the International Centre for Automotive Technology, Manesar, a government-certified testing agency.

The S1 X+ 5.2 kWh offers a 320 km IDC (Indian Driving Cycle) range with a top speed of 125 km/h. It is powered by an 11 kW mid-drive motor with an integrated MCU.
