Here’s a detailed look at all the important corporate actions scheduled this week along with the respective record dates for shareholders to receive dividends and participate in bonus issues and stock splits.
A bonus issue is when existing shareholders get additional shares in a certain proportion. This week, heavy electrical equipment company Transformers and Rectifiers Ltd is going to reward investors with a 1:1 bonus issue. The record date is set on February 14 to identify eligible shareholders.
Smallcap company EFC (I) has also set February 11 as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for its 1:1 bonus share issue.
Richfield Financial Services Ltd has also declared a bonus issue of shares at a ratio of 1:1 and has determined February 14 as the record date.
Several companies will start trading ex-dividend this week. Investors, who purchase a stock on or after its ex-dividend date, are not entitled to receive the next dividend payment.
Shares of Aster DM Healthcare, GPT Infraprojects, Indian Toners and Developers and Suraj Ltd will be in focus on February 10 as they will trade ex-dividend.
Shares of Symphony Ltd, CMS Info System Ltd and Disa India will trade ex-dividend on February 11.

Shares of REC Ltd, Cummins, Alkem Lab, PI Industries, MRF Ltd, Premier Energies, Bharat Dynamics, Escorts Kubota, BEML, Engineers India, Kirloskar Ferro, MOIL, Aarti Pharma, among others, will trade ex-dividend on February 14.
A stock split is when a company divides its shares into multiples to boost liquidity. The total value of all shares outstanding, however, remains the same.
TT Ltd will split its face value of shares from ₹10 to ₹1 on February 12 after announcing a 10:1 stock split.
Also, Pritika Engineering Components Ltd will split its existing share of a face value of ₹10 each into two equity shares of a face value of ₹5 each on February 14.
A rights issue is an offering of rights to the existing shareholders of a company that gives them a chance to buy additional shares directly from the company at a discounted price rather than buying them in the secondary market.
Jyoti Structures Ltd has fixed the record date for its upcoming ₹499.10-crore rights issue as February 10. The rights issue for eligible shareholders will open on February 17 and close on March 3.
Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd has fixed February 11 as the record date for its ₹510-crore rights issue. The issue opens on February 21 and closes on March 4.
ETT Ltd has fixed February 11 as the record date for its ₹24.88-crore rights issue that opens on February 21 and closes on February 27.
Kairosoft AI Solutions Ltd has fixed February 11 as the record date for its ₹20-crore rights issue that opens on February 20 and closes on February 28.
