Clean Max Enviro Energy share price: Shares of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd, which provides commercial and industrial renewable energy solutions, rose on Tuesday, March 17, as the company is set to declare results for the quarter ending December 2025.

The stock climbed 2.84% to ₹884 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 10 am.

"The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 17 March 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025," the company said in an exchange filing.

The ₹3,100 crore initial share sale, with a price band of ₹1,000 to ₹1,053 per share, consisted of a fresh issuance of shares valued at ₹1,200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹1,900 crore.

Those who offloaded their stake under the OFS include promoters KEMPINC LLP, BGTF One Holdings (DIFC) Ltd and Kuldeep Jain, along with investors DSDG HOLDING APS and Augment India I Holdings, LLC.

The company is using fresh issue proceeds for debt clearance and general corporate purposes.

The IPO was subscribed 94%, as it got bids for 2,05,69,556 shares compared to 2,18,23,329 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.
