Aditya Infotech shares at 5% upper circuit on launching QIP; check floor price

Aditya Infotech share price: Shares of Aditya Infotech were locked at the 5% upper circuit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, September 23, as the company opened its qualified institutional placement (QIP) on September 22.

According to a regulatory filing dated Tuesday, the firm said that its QIP committee considered and approved opening the issue on September 22.

Aditya Infotech set the floor price of the QIP issue at ₹3,648.43 per equity share, “based on the pricing formula as prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations”, it stated.

The company added that it filed the preliminary placement document with the BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange) and the NSE on September 22, 2026.

“In furtherance of the above, the QIP Committee has fixed the ‘relevant date’ for the purpose of the Issue…as September 22, 2026, and accordingly the floor price in respect of the Issue has been determined, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, as ₹3,648.43 per Equity Share,” it said in a regulatory filing.

The company has received shareholder approval to raise up to ₹1,500 crore. The funds are expected to support debt repayment, capital expenditure, inorganic growth and general corporate purposes.

Aditya Infotech Q1 results

Aditya Infotech posted a 332.5% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹142.2 crore in the April-June quarter of the 2026-27 financial year (Q1 FY27), as against ₹32.88 crore in the same period last year.

Its revenue from operations grew 89.5% YoY to ₹1,402.4 crore during the quarter under review, compared with ₹740.04 crore in the first quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year (Q1 FY26).

At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, stood at ₹207.8 crore in Q1 FY27, reflecting a 220% YoY jump from ₹64.9 crore in the year-ago period.

Aditya Infotech shares hit their 5% upper circuit at ₹3,831.90 per unit on Wednesday, September 23.

The scrip has soared 8% in the past week and 10% over the month. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, it has rallied 152%.

While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹4,094 per equity share on August 13, 2026, it touched a year’s low of ₹1,227 apiece on September 29, 2025.

Aditya Infotech has a total market capitalisation of ₹45,331.54 crore as of September 23, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
