Upcoming IPOs: A total of five initial public offerings will open for subscription on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. These include the mainboard IPO of Quadrant Future Tek and infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) Capital Infra Trust's initial share sale.
The SME issues of BR Goyal Infrastructure, Delta Autocorp and Avax Apparels and Ornaments will also open for subscription.
The ₹290 crore book-built issue of Quadrant Future Tek is a fresh issuance of one crore shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹275-₹290 per share.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be used to fund working capital requirements, clear debt, capital expenditure to develop an electronic interlocking system and corporate general purposes.
Capital Infra Trust's ₹1,578 crore IPO has set a price range of ₹99-₹100 a unit. It is exclusively a fresh issue valued at ₹1,077 crore and an OFS of ₹501 crore.
The proceeds will be used to give loans to the project special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to pay external borrowings and to clear unsecured loans from the sponsor.
The BSE SME issue, with a price band of ₹128-₹135 per share, is solely a fresh issue of 63.12 lakh equity shares.
The company will utilise funds generated for capital expenditure needs and working capital requirements and grow inorganically.
Delta Autocorp's ₹54.60 crore initial public offer is a mix of fresh issue worth ₹50.54 crore and an OFS of 3.12 lakh shares. The price band has been set at ₹123-₹130 per share.
The money generated will be used to finance the expenditure of setting up an electric three-wheeler painting and fabrication plant, invest in new product development, meet working capital requirements, and fund general corporate purposes.
The funds raised will be used for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
