Shadowfax Technologies share price: Shares of logistics solutions provider Shadowfax Technologies Ltd started trading at ₹112.60 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This reflects a discount of 9.19% against the issue price of ₹124.

A lot consisted of 120 shares. Investors who received Shadowfax Technologies IPO allotment saw their investment value drop to ₹13,512.

The initial share sale sought to raise ₹1,907.27 crore through the fresh issuance of shares worth ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹907.27 crore.

Under the OFS route, Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II, Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, Qualcomm Asia Pacific, NewQuest Asia Fund IV (Singapore), International Finance Corporation, Nokia Growth Partners IV, L.P., Mirae Asset - GS Retail New Growth Fund I and Mirae Asset – Naver New Growth Fund offloaded their shares.

The money generated will be utilised for first-mile and last-mile and sort centres, branding, marketing and communication initiatives, to improve network infrastructure capacity, for corporate general purposes and for unidentified inorganic acquisitions.

The IPO was booked 2.72 times, with bids for 24,23,88,360 shares compared to 8,90,88,807 equity shares on offer, as per the stock exchanges data.
