Sagility India IPO: The public offer of Sagility India Limited, which provides technology-enabled healthcare services, has been subscribed 37% so far on Wednesday, the second day of bidding.

According to consolidated data on the National Stock Exchange's (NSE's) website, at 1:10 pm, the IPO received bids for 14.43 crore shares against 38.70 crore shares on offer.

The portion reserved for retail investors was subscribed 1.80 times, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) category attracted 13% subscription.

The ₹2,106.60 crore initial public offering, with a price range of ₹28-₹30 per share, is solely an offer-for-sale of 70.22 crore shares without any fresh issue.

Sagility India IPO will close on November 7.

On Monday, Sagility India collected ₹945.40 crore from anchor investors, including Nomura Funds Ireland, Florida Retirement System - Allspring Global Investments, Government Pension Fund Global, Amundi Funds New Silk Road, LLC (EMSC), Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte, Max Life Insurance Co Ltd, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), ICICI Prudential MF, and Motilal Oswal MF.

Sagility India IPO: Lot size

‌Investors can bid for at least 500 equity shares or one lot size valued at ₹14,000. The company has set aside 75% of the issue for QIBs (qualified institutional buyers), 15% for NIIs, and 10% for retail individual investors.

  • Subscription period: November 5-November 7
  • Finalisation of allotment: November 8
  • Initiation of refunds: November 8
  • Demat transfer: November 11
  • Listing on BSE and NSE: November 12

About the company

Sagility India offers tech-enabled services to clients in the US healthcare sector. Its clients are providers, including hospitals, medical device companies, and physicians, and payers like health insurance companies.

In March 2024, Sagility acquired healthcare GenAI firm BirchAI. The acquisition is expected to improve member and provider engagement and ease clients' operational costs through artificial intelligence-powered customer support solutions combined with Sagility's engagement solutions.
