Kronox Lab Sciences IPO to list on June 10; check key details ahead of stock market debut

Kronox Lab Sciences, the speciality chemicals maker that launched its initial public offering (IPO) earlier this week, will be listing at the stock market on Monday, June 10.

Notably, Kronox Lab Sciences launched its ₹130.15-crore initial public offer on Monday, June 3.

The subscription window for the offer closed on June 5 and the allotment of shares was finalised on June 6.

The IPO closed with an overall subscription of 118.2 times. The demand was led by non-institutional investors (NIIs), as the issue was subscribed 301.92 times in this category.

Qualified institutional bidders (QIBs) bid 89.03 times their allotted quota, whereas the portion reserved for retail investors was subscribed 55.72 times.

The Gujarat-based Kronox Lab Sciences was set up in 2008. It currently has three manufacturing facilities in Vadodara.

The company manufactures and sells a wide variety of speciality chemicals, with around 185 products in its portfolio. According to Kronox, the chemicals made by it are sold in more than 20 countries worldwide.
