Radico Khaitan’s board of directors filed the company’s April to June quarter earnings on Tuesday, July 28, as the liquor maker posted strong growth in Q1 earnings due to an overall healthy increase in sales for the period.

According to the NSE filings, Radico Khaitan’s consolidated net profit after tax (PAT) surged 76% to ₹229.60 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, compared year-on-year (YoY) with ₹130.52 crore in the same period a year earlier.

On a sequential basis, the company’s profits rose 28% to its June quarter levels, from ₹179.46 from the fourth quarter of the financial year ended 2025-26.

The IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) company’s revenue from core operations advanced 10.4% to ₹5,867.69 crore in the June quarter, from ₹5,313.51 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, as per the consolidated financial statements.

Radico Khaitan’s revenues witnessed a 13% gain quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹5,182.30 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26.

Margin growth

NSE filings showed that Radico Khaitan’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation) margins expanded by 536 basis points to 20.7% in the April to June quarter, from 15.34% in the same period a year earlier.

“The continued premiumisation of our portfolio has translated into superior business economics and sustained margin expansion. Combined with disciplined cost management and operating leverage, this has further enhanced the quality of our earnings,” said Abhishek Khaitan, Managing Director of Radico Khaitan.

After the earnings announcement, shares of Radico Khaitan surged 4.8% to their intraday high of ₹4,349.10 apiece. The stock market investors were focused on the healthy Q1 financial performance of the company.

Radico Khaitan shares hit 52-week high

Shares of Radico Khaitan surged 3% to their 52-week high of ₹4,283.90 on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, while the 52-week low was at ₹2,500 on March 2, 2026, as per the exchange data.

Radico Khaitan shares have delivered more than 385% returns to their investors in the last five years, over 196% gains in the last three years, and more than 53% in the past one-year period, according to NSE data.

On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the company’s stock has surged 26.5% in 2026 and has risen 7.4% in the last one-month period, according to the exchange data. Radico Khaitan shares were trading 0.6% higher in the last five market sessions.

The liquor company’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at ₹56,989 crore as of the trading session on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
