Q4 results: At least eight companies, including life insurer ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and cement maker Nuvoco Vistas Corporation, will declare their latest set of numbers for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Stockbroker Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers, cable TV service provider Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom, television and broadband company Den Networks, mining and construction equipment manufacturer Eimco Elecon (India), financing and investment firm Kapil Raj Finance and electricity generator Suryachakra Power Corporation will also announce their earnings on April 14.

In an exchange filing, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company said that "a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to, inter alia, consider approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements and financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 and recommendation of dividend, if any for the financial year ending March 31, 2026."

"Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trades in securities by designated persons, the trading window to deal in the securities of the company will remain closed from April 1, 2026, to April 16, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives," it added.

On Monday, manpower and toll plaza management services provider Innovision Ltd recorded a 43.26% surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹4.47 crore in the three months ending March 2026 as against ₹3.12 crore in the same period of the previous year.

Its revenue from operations increased 2.12% to ₹233.26 crore in the latest March quarter, compared to ₹228.41 crore a year back.
