Adani Power Q4 Results: Thermal power producer Adani Power will release its earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, on April 29, the company said in an exchange filing.

"The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, to consider and approve, inter alia, the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026," according to a regulatory filing.

Post earnings, the company will hold an investor/analyst call to discuss the results and business outlook.

Adani Power Q4 results: Date and time

Adani Power will declare the results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The firm has not declared the timing to release its results. However, in Q3 and Q2, earnings were announced during the market hours.

Shares of Adani Power settled 0.06% higher at ₹163.36 apiece on the National Stock Exchange on Tuesday, April 7. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹3,13,569.14 crore.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹182.70 per share on September 23, 2025, while its 52-week low was on April 7, 2025, at ₹92.40 apiece.

The scrip has gained 8.09% in the past week, 16.99% in a month and 9.30% year-to-date.

How did Adani Power perform in Q3 FY26?

Adani Power's consolidated profit after tax slipped 18.89% to ₹2,479.58 crore in Q3 FY26 as against ₹3,057.21 crore in the year-ago period.

Its consolidated revenue from operations declined 8.92% to ₹12,451.44 crore in the December quarter of FY26, compared to ₹13,671.18 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Past announcements

On April 2, Adani Power received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd for the supply of 2500 MW RE RTC power for 25 years.

Last month, it secured a separate LoA from MSEDCL for the supply of 1,600 MW thermal power under a long-term power supply agreement.
