1. JioBlackRock Mutual Fund files offer document for Gold ETF

JioBlackRock Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended scheme named ‘JioBlackRock Gold ETF’. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price will be ₹10. Entry load and exit load will be nil. The scheme does not offer any plans/options for investment and seeks to collect a minimum target amount of ₹5 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against the Domestic Price of Gold. The minimum application amount is ₹500 and in multiples of ₹1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns that are in line with the performance of physical gold in domestic prices, subject to tracking errors.

2. Quant Mutual Fund files offer document for Nifty Next 50 Index Fund

Quant Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended scheme named ‘Quant Nifty Next 50 Index Fund’. The NFO price will be Rs 10. Entry load and exit load will be nil. The scheme offers Growth and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) options and seeks to collect a minimum target amount of ₹5 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against the Nifty Next 50 Total Return Index (TRI). The minimum application amount is ₹5,000 and in multiples of ₹1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide returns that, before expenses, closely correspond to the total returns of the securities represented by the Nifty Next 50 Index.

3. Quant Mutual Fund files offer document for Diversified Equity All Cap Active FOF

Quant Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended fund of fund scheme named ‘Quant Diversified Equity All Cap Active FOF’. The NFO price will be Rs 10. Entry load will be nil, while the exit load will be 1% if redeemed/switched out within one year from the date of allotment of units and nil if redeemed/switched out after one year.

The scheme offers Growth and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) options and seeks to collect a minimum target amount of ₹10 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against the Nifty 500 TRI. The minimum application amount is ₹5,000 and in multiples of ₹1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation/income by investing in units of domestic equity-oriented schemes based on varied market capitalisations.

4. WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund files offer document for Contra Fund

WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended equity scheme named ‘WhiteOak Capital Contra Fund’. The NFO price will be ₹10. Entry load and exit load will be nil. The scheme offers Growth and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) options and seeks to collect a minimum target amount of ₹10 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against the BSE 500 Total Return Index (TRI). The minimum application amount is ₹500 and in multiples of ₹1 thereafter.
