Shares of the company were trading at ₹3,062 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, jumping 3.88%.

“…the Company received an order on June 27, 2025, for the supply of 540 MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States,” Waaree Energies said in a regulatory statement.

Waaree Solar Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, will supply 270 MW solar modules in 2025 and 270 MW solar modules between 2027 and 2028. Further, the company also said that the deal will be executed through a one-time international supply arrangement.

Waaree Energies is among the leading renewable energy companies in India, having an installed capacity of 15 gigawatts (GW) for solar photovoltaic modules globally (including 1.3 GW of Indosolar and 1.6 GW in Texas, USA). The firm also has a 1.4 GW cell manufacturing unit with an expansion capacity of 5.4 GW.

Share price details

After opening at ₹2,985 per share on Monday, Waaree Energies stock touched an intraday high of ₹3,069.90 apiece, jumping over 4%.

Over the last five trading days, shares of the firm have soared almost 3%. Since December 31, 2024, which is six months, the stock has climbed 5.6%. Year-to-date, it has advanced over 5%.

The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹86,794 crore.

Shares of the firm had touched its one-year high of ₹3,743 apiece on November 6, 2024, while its 52-week low of ₹1,863 was hit on April 7, 2025.

March quarter earnings

The renewable energy company logged a 34.1% jump in its consolidated post-tax profit to ₹618.91 crore in the March quarter of FY25 as against ₹461.52 crore in the same period the previous year.

Revenue from operations increased 36.38% to ₹4,003.93 crore in the reporting quarter, compared to ₹2,935.84 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in an exchange filing.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) advanced 120.6% to ₹922.6 crore in Q4 FY25 from ₹418.3 crore in the March quarter of FY24. The margin was 23% vs 14.3% a year back.

Waaree's EBITDA outlook for the fiscal year 2026 is around ₹5,500 crore to ₹6,000 crore.
