Vidya Wires share price: Shares of recently-listed Vidya Wires, a winding and conductivity products maker, are trading in the positive territory on Monday, December 22, as the company is set to release its earnings for the quarter ended September 2025.

The stock is up 2.99% to ₹53.80 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 9:53 am. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹1,144.07 crore.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 22nd December, 2025 inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone as well as consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025 and other business matters," the company said in an exchange filing.

The stock had debuted at par with the IPO issue price of ₹52 apiece on the National Stock Exchange on December 10. At the current share price, it is up 3.46% from the issue price.

The ₹300.01 crore initial public offering, which had a price band of ₹48 to ₹52 per share, was a fresh issue of shares worth ₹274 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 50.01 lakh shares aggregating to ₹26.01 crore.

The objectives of the issue were capital expenditure requirements for setting up new projects in subsidiary ALCU, debt clearance and general corporate purposes.

The issue was subscribed to 26.59 times. The non-institutional investors' (NIIs) quota received 51.98 times subscription, while the retail investors' portion got subscribed 27.86 times. The part set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) attracted 5.12 times the subscription.

Vidya Wires makes winding and conductivity products for critical industries and applications. The product portfolio includes enamelled copper rectangular strips, precision-engineered enamelled wires, specialised winding wires, PV ribbon, aluminium paper-covered strips and paper-insulated copper conductors, among others.

The products are utilised in varied critical applications such as energy generation & transmission, electric motors, clean energy systems, electrical systems, electric mobility, and railways.
