Upcoming stock splits and bonuses this week: At least six corporate actions will occur this week, according to the BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange) website.

Companies that will trade ex-date for various corporate actions this week include Multi Commodity Exchange of India, Caspian Corporate Services, Avasara Finance, A-1, Alps Industries and Magnanimous Trade & Finance.

Chemical maker A-1 Ltd has fixed Wednesday, December 31, as the record date for the issue of bonus shares in a 3:1 ratio, i.e., three bonus shares of face value of ₹10 each for every one fully paid-up equity share of face value of ₹10 each.

For the stock split of one share of face value of ₹10 each into 10 shares of ₹1 each fully paid up, A-1 Ltd has revised the record date from December 31 to January 8.

"We would like to inform that the record date for stock split has been revised from Wednesday, December 31, 2025 to Thursday, January 08, 2026 due to corporate action for the following purpose: To determining eligibility of Split of shares of shareholders for the purpose of Sub Division/Split of every 1 (One) Equity Share having face value of ₹10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid up, be sub-divided/split into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares having face value of ₹1/- (Rupees One only) each fully paid-up," it said.

MCX has set Friday, January 2, as the 'record date' for the subdivision or stock split of one existing equity share of face value ₹10 each, fully paid up, into five shares of ₹2 each, fully paid up, in the company.

Last week, IT services major Tata Consultancy Services announced that its board meeting will be held on January 12, 2026, to announce the financial results for the quarter ended December 31 and consider the declaration of the third interim dividend.

"The third interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, January 17, 2026 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose," TCS said in an exchange filing on December 23.
