Titan Company (Market cap: ₹3.2 lakh crore)

Tata group company, Titan has announced a final dividend of ₹11 per share. In Q4FY25, Titan reported a 10.7% YoY rise in net profit at ₹870 crore. Revenue from operations rose 25% YoY to ₹12,581 crore. The company’s shares have delivered over 12.5% return to investors so far this year.

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (Market cap: ₹1.08 lakh crore)

Dr Reddy’s announced a final dividend of ₹8 per share, along with its March quarter earnings. The company reported an 22% YoY rise in net profit at ₹1,594 crore for the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, Revenue rose by 20% YoY at ₹8,506 crore compared to ₹7,083 crore in the same period last year.

Mphasis (Market cap: ₹55,012 crore)

Midcap IT service company announced a final dividend of ₹57 per share for FY25. The record date for the dividend is July 9, 2025. Mphasis revenue in rupee terms stood at ₹3,710 crore in the fourth quarter, compared to ₹3,561.3 crore in the previous quarter and ₹3,412 crore in the year-ago period.

Other prominent stocks like Zensar Technologies, IDFC First Bank, Balkrishna Industries, RR Kabel have also announced final dividend for their shareholders. The record date for these companies is approaching fast. Investors holding shares of respective companies before the record date are eligible for dividend payouts.

On the record or ex-dividend date, the stock price usually drops by the dividend payout amount. This adjustment happens because new buyers after the ex-date are not eligible for the declared dividend. However, the actual price movement may vary due to broader market trends, investor sentiment, and company fundamentals.
