Upcoming dividends, stock splits and bonuses this week: Corporate actions of several companies are slated to take place in the week starting February 16, according to an update on the BSE website.

"The Board of Directors has declared 2nd interim dividend at the rate ₹6.25 per equity share of face value of ₹5/- each i.e. @125% for the financial year 2025-26. As informed vide letter dated 05.02.2026, Wednesday, the 18th February, 2026 has been fixed as “Record Date” for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend. Dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration," the company said.

The record date for Titan Biotech Ltd's stock split of one existing share into five shares is February 20.

Meanwhile, the board of the government's construction arm, NBCC (India), will meet on Wednesday, February 18, to consider and declare the third interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The company has fixed February 25 as the record date.
