Studds Accessories share price in focus ahead of company’s first earnings since listing

Notably, this will be the first earnings of the company after listing on the stock exchanges.

In an exchange filing, Studds Accessories said, "A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025."

The company has not announced the time for releasing its quarterly earnings.

As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons and other insiders remained closed with effect from November 7, 2025, and shall reopen 48 hours after the Q2 results announcement.

The stock debuted at ₹565 apiece, a discount of 3.42% against the IPO issue price of ₹585 per share, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 7.

The initial share sale was exclusively an offer for sale (OFS) of 7,786,120 equity shares valued at ₹455.49 crore by promoters and shareholders. The price range was set at ₹557 to ₹585 per share.

Under the OFS, promoters Madhu Bhushan Khurana, Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana and Chand Khurana offloaded their shares. Investors such as Sanjay Leekha, Charu Leekha, Sanjay Leekha jointly with Charu Leekha, Nain Tara Mehta, Sunil Kumar Rastogi, Nisha Leekha, Ajay Kumar Sakhuja and SE Shoes Private Limited also divested their stakes.

The IPO was subscribed 73.25 times, with bids for 39,92,36,150 shares compared to 54,50,284 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

Among the investor categories, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) attracted a whopping 159.99 times subscription, while the quota for non-institutional investors (NIIs) got subscribed 76.99 times. The retail individual investors (RIIs) portion received 22.09 times subscription.
