The GIFT NIFTY is trading lower, indicating a subdued start for Indian equities on Wednesday, June 12. Asian markets are also trading in the red, with Japan's Nikkei 225 down 0.8% and Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index down 1%.

IndiGo: Low-cost carrier IndiGo's parent company, InterGlobe Aviation, has sold 7.72 million of its shares, representing 2%, via a block deal on Tuesday. The deal was carried out at an average price of ₹4,362 per share. At the same time, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius has acquired a 0.81% stake or 31 lakh shares in InterGlobe Aviation worth ₹1,362 crore.

Union Bank of India: The state-run lender's board has approved a capital raising plan of up to ₹10,000 crore, including ₹6,000 crore from share sale. The funds generated will be used to fund its business growth.

As per the deal, TVS SCS will be the main logistics partner for Daimler Truck AG, the world's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, in the Asia-Pacific region.

BL Kashyap & Sons: Engineering, procurement and construction company BL Kashyap & Sons has bagged two orders worth ₹1,021 crore from Sattva Homes Private Limited and DLF City Centre Limited. With this, the company's order book stands at ₹3,545 crore.

HCLTech: IT services provider HCLTech has signed ₹2,300 crore deal with Germany's Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG (apoBank). "We would like to inform that the estimated total contract value of the deal is USD 278 million over a duration of 7.5 years," the company said in a regulatory filing.
