UltraTech Cement: The cement major said on Monday that it has successfully raised US$500 million through a sustainability-linked loan with participation from six banks. KPI Green Energy: The company on Monday announced that M/s. Sun Drops Energia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
KPI Green Energy, has received Letters of Intent for executing solar power projects with a cumulative capacity of 13.30 MW under

Medi Assist Healthcare: Medi Assist Insurance TPA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Medi Assist Healthcare Services (“Medi Assist”), on Monday announced the signing of definitive documents for the 100% acquisition of Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt. Limited (“Paramount TPA”), a prominent player in the TPA space, owned by Fairfax Asia and the Shah family.

HCL Tech: The IT services company, announced on Monday, August 26, an extension of its strategic AI-driven Engineering Services and Digital Process Operations (DPO) partnership with Xerox.
Lemon Tree Hotels: The hospitality company announced the signing of its newest property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Civil Lines, Ayodhya. The property is expected to open in FY 2028 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Bondada Engineering: The company said on Monday it had been awarded a contract valued at ₹576 crore. The name of the project is PM-KKUSUM. The company will work on solar projects across various districts in Maharashtra under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0.
