Here is a list of stocks that may remain in focus today.
Paytm: Shares of One97 Communications, the parent entity of Paytm, will be in focus on Thursday, November 27, after the company said in its regulatory filing on Wednesday that its arm has received final RBI approval to operate as a payment aggregator.

The filing read, "The Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') on November 26, 2025, has granted a Certificate of Authorisation ('COA') to Paytm Payments Services Limited (PPSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of One 97 Communications Limited ('the Company'), to operate as a Payment Aggregator under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007."

It must be noted that this is the final approval from the RBI.

In August 2025, Paytm Payments Services received the 'in-principle' approval from the RBI to operate as an online payment aggregator.

Bharti Airtel: Shares of Bharti Airtel, the telecom major, are expected to be in the spotlight on Thursday, November 27, after Sunil Bharti Mittal's family office-owned ICIL raised ₹7,195 crore by selling a 0.56% stake in Bharti Airtel to long-term investors through an open-market transaction on Wednesday.

Indian Continent Investment Ltd (ICIL) is one of the promoter entities in city-based Bharti Airtel.

According to a regulatory filing, "The transaction attracted strong interest, receiving robust orders from marquee domestic and international long-only investors. Both new and existing shareholders of Airtel participated, with the placements majorly allocated to long-only investors."

Asian Paints: The stock of Asian Paints will be in focus on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, November 27.

This comes after the company said that its subsidiary, Berger Paints Emirates Ltd, has proposed to set up its second paint manufacturing facility in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with an investment of approximately ₹340 crore (or AED 140 million).

More specifically, Berger Paints Emirates Ltd Co, UAE, is a step-down subsidiary of Asian Paints International Private Limited, Singapore, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asian Paints.

Studds Accessories: Shares of India's largest two-wheeler helmet manufacturer, Studds Accessories, will be in focus on Thursday, November 27, after the company released its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025.

The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹20.6 crore in the quarter under review, reflecting a jump of 17.9% from ₹17.5 crore a year back.

Revenue from operations climbed 6.5% to ₹154.4 crore in the latest September quarter as against ₹145 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

The firm's board also approved establishing a new warehouse in Spain to bolster European distribution and support levels.

Whirlpool India: Shares will be in focus as, according to a news report by CNBC-TV18 and CNBC Awaaz, the company's promoter is set to sell 95 lakh shares, representing a 7.5% stake in the company, through block deals.

The floor price for the transaction has been fixed at ₹1,030 per share, reflecting a discount of 14% to the market price. The total deal size is estimated at ₹965 crore, according to sources.

Post this sale, the promoter will be subject to a 90-day lock-up period during which no further shares can be sold.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M): The company announced the launch of the BE 6 Formula E Edition, FE2, priced at ₹23.69 lakh.

R Velusamy, President - Automotive Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and Managing Director, Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd., said, “Our customers conveyed a compelling message: the BE 6 doesn’t just look futuristic, but it also evokes the sensation of being in a racing cockpit once they step inside. Oberoi Realty: The company has entered into a Development Agreement for the redevelopment of land admeasuring 4,706 square metres, situated at Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai.

The company’s entitlement of free sale component from the project is presently estimated to be around 1.18 lakh square feet (RERA carpet area), subject to the provisions of Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034, and applicable law.

Patel Engineering: The company has received two Letters of Intent for the execution of excavation and associated works and transportation of coal at a project located at Jhiria West OCP of Hasdeo Area, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, for South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL). The total project value aggregates to ₹798.19 crore (excluding taxes).
India Glycols: The company announced the successful allotment of equity shares on a preferential basis.

The company said that "on November 24, 2025, it successfully allotted, on a preferential basis 51,03,765 equity shares of face value ₹5 each, at an issue price of ₹915 per equity share (including a premium of ₹910 per equity share), aggregating to ₹466.99 crore, for cash consideration, as approved earlier by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 16, 2025, and subsequently by the members at their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on November 12, 2025."

Havells: The company's board has approved acquiring a stake of 26% in Kundan Solar (Pali) Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) established for the business of developing, installing, operating, managing and maintaining solar power plants.
Brigade Enterprises: The company said that the Brigade Group has signed a lease deed for 4.859 acres of land for a period of 90 years with Electronics Technology Parks for the development of IT infrastructure in Technopark Phase I, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

This property will have an overall development potential of about 1.2 million sq ft, comprising the World Trade Center Trivandrum with Grade A office space along with a five-star hotel of over 200 keys.

Leela Palaces Hotels: Aries Holdings (DIFC) Limited (“Aries”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited (the “Company”) incorporated outside India, had invested in Argon Holdings (DIFC) Limited to explore business opportunities in the UAE.
Salasar Techno Engineering: The company has been awarded two prestigious contracts, aggregating to approximately ₹695.18 crore, by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).
