Traders awaited U.S. inflation data due on Wednesday and a meeting by the European Central Bank on Thursday.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI) fell 154.10 points, or 0.35%, to 44,247.83; the S&P 500 (.SPX) fell 17.94 points, or 0.30%, to 6,034.91; and the Nasdaq Composite fell 49.45 points, or 0.25%, to 19,687.24.

NTPC Green Energy: Shares of the company will trade actively today as its wholly owned subsidiary NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) won a significant order. 

In its filing to exchanges on Tuesday, NTPC Green Energy said, "NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited, has emerged as a successful bidder in the e-reverse auction conducted by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for the development of 2000 MW ISTS-connected solar PV power projects." 

Indian Overseas Bank: The public sector lender on Tuesday (December 10) said it had received an order confirming a refund of ₹1,359.29 crore for the assessment year 2015-16, including interest under Section 244A.
Awfis Space Solutions: According to a news report, Bisque, Link Investment Trust, and Peak XV Partners are likely to sell a 12.2% stake in Awfis Space via block deals. The floor price for the deal is expected to be ₹680 per share, with the deal size estimated at ₹583.4 crore, said a report by CNBC-TV18.
Ashiana Housing: Realty firm Ashiana Housing Ltd on Tuesday reported a search conducted by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI), Jaipur zonal unit, at its Treehouse Hotel Club and Spa premises in Bhiwadi. 

The search, carried out under Section 67(2) of the CGST Act, 2017, began on December 5, 2024, and concluded on December 6, 2024, CNBC TV-18 reported. 

LTIMindtree: LTIMindtree has announced a strategic partnership with GitHub, the widely adopted Copilot-powered developer platform. "This collaboration integrates GitHub’s advanced DevOps and AI-driven pair programming capabilities with LTIMindtree’s expertise in digital engineering and AI transformation, creating a powerful ecosystem to drive enterprise innovation at scale," the company added. 
HG Infra: The company, in its exchange filing, said that HG Infra Engineering Limited (the “Company” or “HGINFRA”) has received the letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH) for a project. 

The project involves improvement and upgradation in a two-lane configuration with paved shoulders of the newly declared NH227B Bahuvan Madar Majha to Jagarnathpur (Design Km 160.200 to Km 224.040) “84 Kosi Parikrama Marg” in the State of Uttar Pradesh on the Hybrid Annuity Mode Package VI. The estimated cost of the project by MORTH is ₹898.5 crore. 

JSW Steel: JSW Steel has received a demand order for ₹ 64,47,20,900 under Section 74(1) of the CGST/KGST Act, 2017, alleging non-payment of GST under the Reverse Charge Mechanism on upfront payments and monthly payments made to the government for assignment of mining rights from July 2017 to July 2019 in Karnataka.
Senco Gold: The company, in its filing to exchanges, said that its board has approved the opening of QIP. The floor price of the same has been fixed at ₹1,139.49 per equity share. 
PNC Infratech: Shares of the company will be in focus as the company has received ₹37 crore (bonus) from UPEIDA for early completion of the Purvanchal Expressway (Package VI).

The project was completed 97 days ahead of the scheduled completion date. 

Triveni Engineering: The company has announced a merger with Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises, post which a demerger of the Gears Business will take place. 
Sudarshan Chemicals: The company's board meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, December 13, 22024, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds by way of the issuance of equity shares or any other eligible securities (“Securities”) on a preferential basis.
BEML: The company has bagged an order from the Ministry of Defence for the supply of a 50-ton trailer with a contract value of ₹83.51 crore approximately.
