Shreeji Shipping Global announces interim dividend of ₹1 per share; check record date

Shreeji Shipping Global share price: Shares of shipping and logistics company Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd were trading in the negative territory on Tuesday, February 24, in line with the broader market despite the company announcing an interim dividend.

The stock is down 1% to ₹400 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 3:04 pm. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹6,516.73 crore.

The scrip hit a 52-week low of ₹222 on October 9, 2025, and a year’s high of ₹421.95 per unit on February 18, 2026.

Shreeji Shipping Global announces dividend; check record date

The company's Board of Directors on February 24 considered and approved an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share having a face value of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26.

The record date for determining eligibility of shareholders for interim dividend is fixed as February 28. "The interim dividend will be paid on or before March 26, 2026 to the shareholders holding shares as on close of business hours of Saturday, February 28, 2026," the company said in an exchange filing.

The company had posted a 135.55% increase in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹32.46 crore in the quarter ended December 2025, compared to ₹13.78 crore in the year-ago period.

Its revenue from operations advanced 30% to ₹197.92 crore in Q3 FY26 as against ₹152.19 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
