PNGS Reva Diamonds Jewellery share price in focus ahead of Q3 results announcement

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025," the company said in an exchange filing.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery shares debuted at ₹375 per share on the NSE, reflecting a discount of 2.8% against the issue price of ₹386 per share.

The initial share sale, with a price range of ₹367 to ₹386 per share, aimed to raise ₹380 crore solely via a fresh issuance of 98 lakh equity shares.

The objectives of the issue were capital expenditure to set up 15 new stores, marketing and promotional expenses and general corporate purposes.

The IPO received 1.23 times subscription, with bids for 70,31,776 shares compared to 57,06,235 shares on offer.

Before the IPO, the company raised nearly ₹171 crore in the anchor round from investors, including Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, Groww Mutual Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, SageOne Investments, Innovative Vision Fund, Societe Generale and Tiger Strategies Fund -I, among others.
