Shares of major companies, including IRCON International, Oil India, Dalmia Bharat and others are expected to trade ex-dividend on Monday, February 17.

Around 11 companies are expected to trade ex-dividend which includes Artemis Electricals and Projects, Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities, Campus Activewear, Capital India Finance, Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries, Euro Asia Exports, Garuda Construction and Engineering, IIFL Capital Services, IRCON International, Oil India and Premco Global.

The ex-date marks the day a stock begins trading without dividend entitlement, meaning investors must own the stock before this date to receive the pay out. The company, however, determines the list of eligible shareholders based on their records on the record date.

A dividend refers to a payment made by a company to its shareholders, typically as a share of the company’s profits. Companies announce dividends to distribute a portion of their earnings to investors, usually on a regular basis such as quarterly or annually.

IRCON International

The PSU company had declared an interim dividend last week of ₹1.65 per share.

Oil India

State-owned Oil India had declared interim dividend on February 7, 2025, of ₹7 per share.

Premco Global

The fabric manufacturing company had declared its interim dividend on January 30, 2025, for ₹2 per share.

Artemis Electricals

The company focused on original equipment manufacturing (OEM) had declared an interim dividend on February 7, 2025, of ₹0.0050 per share.

Mrs. Bector Food Specialities

Biscuit maker Bectors Food Specialities had declared an interim dividend on January 31, 2025, of ₹3 per share.

Campus Activewear The sports, athleisure and footwear brand had declared an interim dividend on February 4, 2025, of ₹0.70 per share.
Capital India Finance

Capital India Finance will undergo stock split from ₹10-₹5 on Monday, February 17.

Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries

The sugar business firm had announced its interim dividend on February 11, 2025, of ₹4.5 per share.

Garuda Construction and Engineering

Announced on February 7, Garuda Construction and Engineering had declared interim dividend of ₹0.025 per share.

IIFL Capital

The wealth management firm had declared an interim dividend on February 11, 2025, of ₹3 per share.

Euro Asia

Euro Asia Exports is expected to hold EGM on Monday.

Stock market today: Indian domestic market indices are expected to open cautiously on mixed global markets. The GIFT Nifty futures traded 28 points higher on Monday morning at 7:15 a.m. NIFTY50 and SENSEX corrected nearly 2.7% and 2.5% last weekend, while the broader market indices of NIFTY small cap and NIFTY midcap fell 9.4% and 7.4%, respectively.
