NCC bags multiple orders worth ₹1,691 crore in June; check details

Hyderabad-based Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited (NCC) on Monday, June 30, announced that it bagged multiple orders aggregating to ₹1,690.51 crore, excluding GST, in the month of June.

The orders, related to the construction firm’s building division, are from various state government agencies and private limited companies, NCC said in a regulatory filing.

The job duration of the different building contracts ranges from four to 24 months, the filing said, adding that they don’t include any internal orders.

NCC March orders

In March, NCC received multiple orders, including two advance work orders from BSNL for ₹10,804.56 crore for the middle-mile network of BharatNet in Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh.

It also won multiple orders worth ₹5,773 crore, comprising a transportation order valued at ₹2,686 crore, another worth ₹2,139 crore related to the building division and a third one for ₹948 crore related to its water and environment division.

Furthermore, the construction company inked a pact worth ₹2129.60 crore from the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority for the construction of roads, drains, water supply, sewage, utility ducts for power and ICT, reuse waterline and avenue plantation, etc.

Additionally, NCC signed a contract valued at ₹1480.34 crore with Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation Limited for the redevelopment of Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMHC) in Bihar.

Board approves final dividend

In May, NCC’s board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each (at 110%) for the 2024-25 financial year, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM).

The company’s board also fixed August 14, 2025, as the record date for the payment of the final dividend.

Shares of NCC closed 0.31% higher at ₹230.51 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday. However, the announcement was made after the market closed.

The stock surged 3.84% over the past week but fell 0.32% in June. It gained 10.02% in the first quarter of FY26 but lost 15.86% on a year-to-date basis.
