Muthoot Finance to consider interim dividend on April 13; check record date

In an exchange filing on April 7, the company said, "Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the record date for determining the entitlements of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid Interim dividend shall be Monday, the 13th day of April, 2026, subject to the approval of Interim dividend by the Board of Directors."

Who will be eligible for Muthoot Finance's interim dividend?

The company said that shareholders whose names appear on the close of business hours on Monday, April 13, 2026:

• as beneficial owners according to the list to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the equity shares held in electronic form and
• as members in the company's register of members in respect of shares held in physical form.

would be eligible for the interim dividend, if declared. The payment of dividend to the shareholders will be completed within 30 days of declaration, Muthoot Finance said.

Muthoot Finance dividend history

Muthoot Finance had reported a 102.90% surge in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹2,823.48 crore in the December quarter of the financial year 2025-26. A year back, its net profit stood at ₹1,391.54 crore.

Its revenue from operations increased 57.76% to ₹8,187.6 crore in Q3 FY26 against ₹5,189.73 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
