As many as 292 stocks hit their 52-week lows on Tuesday on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) amid weak sentiment in the broader markets.

As of 1:15pm, benchmark NIFTY 50 was down 350 points, or 1.7%, to 23,028, while the BSE SENSEX stood at 650 points, or 0.85%, lower at 76,650.42.

The volatility index, or India VIX, was flat at 14.45. All the sectoral indices were trading in the red, with the NIFTY Realty and NIFTY Media indices emerging the top losers, down 3.3% and 2%, respectively.

Here’s a look at the major stocks that touched their 52-week lows on Tuesday, February 11:

MRF Ltd (52-week low: ₹1,09,351.05)

Shares of tyre maker MRF Ltd fell as much as 1.5% on Tuesday to hit a fresh 52-week low of ₹1,09,351.05 apiece on the NSE. The stock is down for a fourth straight session and has lost almost 4.6% cumulatively during this period. Over the past one year, the share price has fallen almost 24%.

Last week, MRF reported a 34.5% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹330.27 crore for the third quarter ended December 2024 (Q3FY25) due to higher rubber prices. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations went up by 13.6% year-on-year to ₹7,000.82 crore during the quarter. The board of directors announced a second interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share (30%) for the financial year ending March 2025. The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been set at February 14 and the dividend will be paid on or after February 25.

Godrej Properties Ltd (52-week low: ₹2,025.5)

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd dropped as much as 4.6% on Tuesday to hit their 52-week low of ₹2,025.5 apiece on the NSE. This is the fifth straight session of decline for the stock, a period during which the share price lost more than 16% of its value. However, over the past one year, the stock is still down only 10%.

Godrej Properties revealed earlier this week that it has raised ₹6,000 crore during the third quarter through a qualified institutional placement and plans to use the fund to acquire land in major cities. The company also reported a more than 2.5-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹162.64 crore in Q3 FY25 compared with a year ago, while total income also more than doubled to ₹1,240 crore.

Honasa Consumer Ltd (52-week low: ₹199.71)

Shares of Honasa Consumer Ltd (HCL), the parent company of Mamaearth, fell as much as 4% to hit their 52-week low of ₹199.71 apiece on Tuesday on the NSE. The stock has been on a correction mode for the past five days, declining more than 11% during this period. Over the past one year, the stock is down almost 54%.

The Mamaearth stock price is in focus as the company is set to announce its earnings for the December quarter tomorrow, on February 12. In the previous quarter Q2FY25, the company had reported a loss of ₹18.5 crore, a sharp decline from ₹40 crore profit recorded in Q1FY25.
