Lux Industries, Vadilal announce dividend record dates; check details

Apparel manufacturer Lux Industries and ice cream and frozen dessert maker Vadilal Industries have announced record dates for their respective dividends.

The board of directors of Lux Industries has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the record date for the final dividend of ₹2 per equity share of the face value of ₹2 each fully paid up for the year ended March 2026.

The dividend payment is subject to approval by the members at the annual general meeting (AGM) on September 25, the company said in an exchange filing.

In the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, the company had reported a 6.11% decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹22.13 crore compared to ₹23.57 crore a year back.

Its revenue from operations increased 0.5% to ₹603.99 crore in Q1 FY27 as against ₹600.99 crore a year back.

The stock settled 1.75% higher at ₹1,230.10 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Vadilal Industries announces dividend record date

Vadilal Industries has set Thursday, September 3, as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members to receive a dividend of ₹43 per share of ₹10 each fully paid-up capital of the company.

"The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 04th September, 2026 to 10th September, 2026 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, shareholders whose names appear in the books as beneficial owners as at the close of the business hours on Thursday, 03rd September, 2026 will be entitled to the dividend," the company said in an exchange filing.

The company's consolidated net profit surged 99.71% to ₹106.57 crore in the June quarter of FY27 from ₹53.36 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations advanced 37.33% to ₹584.27 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹425.44 crore a year back.

Shares of the company closed at ₹7,406 apiece, down 0.07%, on the NSE.
