In an exchange filing, the company finalised August 6 as the record date for the payment of dividend.

"The record date for payment of dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 30th May 2026, subject to approval by the Members at the ensuing 90th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 13 August 2026, shall be Thursday, 6 August 2026," it said.

Linde India AGM date

The 90th Annual General Meeting of Linde India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13. "The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday, 7th August 2026 to Thursday, 13th August 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and payment of the aforesaid dividend to the Members," the company said.

The stock settled 0.58% higher at ₹6,940 apiece on the NSE.

Linde India Q4 results

Linde India reported a 34.60% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit at ₹77.44 crore for the March quarter of FY2025-26.

The company's net profit stood at ₹118.41 crore during the corresponding period of the preceding financial year, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Total revenue increased 3.79% during the quarter under review to ₹614.33 crore, compared with ₹591.87 crore during the year-ago period.
