The company's ₹6,560-crore initial public offering (IPO) garnered 63.60 times subscriptions on the last day of bidding last Wednesday amid overwhelming participation from institutional buyers.
Shares of the company got listed at ₹150 on both the BSE and NSE, reflecting a jump of 114.28% from the issue price.
Later, it zoomed 129.88% to ₹160.92 on the BSE.
The company's market valuation stood at ₹1,30,751.90 crore.
The initial share sale had a price band for the offer at Rs 66-₹70 per share.
Other housing finance shares, too, were in focus. PNB Housing Finance trimmed its gains and were trading over 1.70% higher at ₹1,155.25. The stock hit a high of ₹1,191.35 in the early trade.

In 2024, the market size is projected to reach a valuation of ₹385.14 billion. By 2033, the valuation is anticipated to reach ₹2,669.39 billion.
