Realty firm Keystone Realtors gained as much as 2.62% to touch an intraday high of ₹634 apiece on Wednesday, October 8.

The surge in the share price came after the company posted pre-sales of ₹763 crore in the second quarter of FY26, compared with ₹700 crore in the same period last year, reflecting a 9% rise. For the first half of the year, pre-sales stood at ₹1,831 crore, up 40% from ₹1,311 crore in the same period last year. This accounts for 46% of the company’s full-year pre-sales target for FY26.

Meanwhile, collections continued to grow steadily, rising 9% year-on-year in Q2 to ₹601 crore from ₹552 crore a year earlier. For the first half of FY26, collections stood at ₹1,177 crore, marking a 13% increase over ₹1,037 crore in the same period last year.

During the quarter, the company launched one project, “Thirty3.15,” located at Bandra West. It has a saleable area of 0.21 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹949 crore. With this addition, a total of four projects have been launched in H1FY26, taking the combined GDV to ₹4,916 crore about 70% of the full-year launch plan.

In business development, three new redevelopment projects were added in H1FY26, GTB Nagar in Sion, Lokhandwala Cluster in Andheri West, and Swarganga CHSL in Dindoshi Nagar, Goregaon East. Together, they cover 3.25 million sq ft with a GDV of ₹7,727 crore. The company said these additions have already helped it surpass its full-year FY26 business development target.

Commenting on the Company’s operational performance for Q2FY26, Boman Irani, CMD of Keystone Realtors Limited said, “As we successfully close the second quarter of FY26, I am delighted to share that our company continues to progress through a pivotal phase of growth and opportunity. This quarter marks yet another period of strong performance, reaffirming our consistent growth trajectory and disciplined execution. Building on the solid momentum carried forward from FY25, we achieved Pre-Sales of INR 7.63 billion in Q2FY26, reflecting a 9% year-on-year growth and thereby achieving INR 18.31 billion about 46% of our full-year FY26 PreSales guidance within the first half.”

Over the past five trading sessions, the company’s shares have gained 5.91%, and further advanced 2.27% over the past month. Similarly, the stock has jumped 16.95% in the last six months and has declined 8.16% year-to-date.
