Around nine companies, including coal exploration consulting and mining engineering services company Central Mine Planning and Design Institute, financial solutions provider Jio Financial Services and telecom tower company Indus Towers, will go ex-record date for their respective dividends on Monday, August 10. Hence, this makes Friday, August 7, the last day to purchase these stocks to qualify for the dividend payout.

Under India's T+1 settlement cycle, investors must purchase shares at least one trade day before the record date to ensure that they get credited to their Demat accounts on August 10.

PTC India, AVT Natural Products, Majestic Auto, Styrenix Performance Materials and West Coast Paper Mills will also turn ex-record date on August 10 for dividends.

The Board of Directors of Jio Financial Services recommended a dividend of ₹0.60 per share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date is fixed as August 10.

Dividend, if declared at the annual general meeting on August 26, will be paid within seven days of the AGM, the company said in an exchange filing.

CMPDI has set August 10 as the record date for ascertaining the entitlement of members for the final dividend of ₹1.06 per share for FY26. "If the Final Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made," it said.

Indus Towers has declared a dividend of ₹14 per share, with a face value of ₹10 each, fully paid up for the year ended March 2026. The record date is August 10.
