Shares of recently-listed precision engineering components maker Indo-MIM declined on Monday, August 17, ahead of earnings announcement for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 17, 2026, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026," the company said in an exchange filing.

The stock was down 0.82% to ₹842.40 per unit on the NSE at 10:20 am. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹41,650.13 crore.

The scrip was trading 73.69% higher from the IPO issue price of ₹485 per share.

The stock had debuted at ₹700 per share on the NSE on July 30. This reflects a premium of 44.33% over the issue price.

The initial share sale was subscribed 72.34 times. It attracted bids for 3,98,55,10,020 shares compared to 5,50,93,201 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

The quota for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) received 204.34 times subscription, while the portion for non-institutional investors (NIIs) fetched 50.63 times subscription. The retail individual investors' part was booked 6.67 times.

The ₹3,811.21 crore initial public offering consisted of a fresh issuance of equity shares valued at ₹500 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of ₹3,311.21 crore by existing investors Anuradha Koduri, Green Meadows Investments and Indian Institute of Technology Madras.

Funds to the tune of ₹400 crore from the fresh issue proceeds will be utilised towards debt clearance. The remaining amount will be used for corporate general purposes.
