Investors interested in dividend payments from companies such as private sector lender ICICI Bank, IT solutions provider Coforge and integrated power transmission and distribution company Transrail Lighting should note that Friday, June 31, is the last day to purchase equity shares of these firms to become eligible for the dividend payout. On Thursday, National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) set September 11 as the record date for payment of a dividend of ₹4 per share. "The dividend, if approved (at the AGM), will be paid on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source," the company said in an exchange filing.
