Hindustan Copper's board “informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) will be held on May 15, 2026,” according to an exchange filing.

In the BSE filing, Hindustan Copper's board said that the approval of accounts and financial results of HCL (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, is scheduled for May 15.

The board is also expected to consider a final dividend, fundraising plans and NCD issue in the aforesaid board meeting.
