Highway Infrastructure share price: Shares of infrastructure development and management company Highway Infrastructure closed in green on Monday, September 1, as the company is set to release its earnings for the first quarter of the current financial year 2025-26.

The stock ended 0.87% higher at ₹95.92 a unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Its total market capitalisation stands at ₹687.94 crore.

Highway Infrastructure Q1 results date and time

In an exchange filing, the company said that its board will meet at 5:30 pm on Monday, September 1, 2025, to consider and approve the latest Q1 earnings.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 05:30 p.m. to consider and approve, inter alia, the following matters: 1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report thereon; 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman," it said.

The results are expected to be out post-market hours after the board meeting.

Shares of Highway Infrastructure made a solid debut at ₹115 per equity share on the NSE on August 12, reflecting a premium of 64.29% over the IPO issue price of ₹70 per unit.

Currently, the scrip is up 37.78% from the issue price.

The ₹130 crore initial public offering, with a price band of ₹65-₹70 per share, was an issuance of new equity shares aggregating to ₹97.52 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹32.48 crore by promoters Arun Kumar Jain and Anoop Agrawal.

The objectives of the offer include general corporate purposes and working capital requirements.

Incorporated in 1995, Highway Infrastructure offers EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), toll collection, and real estate development services.

It undertakes government-based projects, mostly those awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and state agencies.
