HDB Financial Services share price: Shares of non-banking financial company HDB Financial Services fell on Wednesday, July 16, a day after the company released its results for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26.

The company posted a 2.4% fall in profit after tax at ₹568 crore for the quarter ended June 2025. Its post-tax profit was at ₹582 crore, according to a regulatory filing.

  • The asset under management (AUM) of HDB Financial Services, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, grew 14.7% to ₹1,09,690 crore as of June 2025, compared to ₹95,643 crore at the end of June 2024.
  • Its net total income stood at ₹2,726 crore in the quarter under review, up 14.2% from ₹2,387 crore as of June 30, 2024.
  • Total gross loans grew 14.3% to ₹1,09,342 crore as of Q1 FY26 against ₹95,629 crore in the June quarter of FY25.
  • Net interest income was ₹2,092 crore in the latest April-June quarter, compared to ₹1,768 crore a year back, reflecting a growth of 18.3%.
  • The NBFC's pre-provisioning operating profit advanced 17.2% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,402 crore as of June 30, 2025.
  • The loan losses and provisions stood at ₹670 crore in Q1 FY26 vs ₹412 crore in Q1 FY25.
