HDB Financial Services Q4 results: Shares of NBFC HDB Financial Services were trading in the positive territory as the company is set to release its latest set of numbers for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on Wednesday, April 15. The company's board will also recommend a final dividend.

The stock was trading 3.19% higher at 634.40 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 11:08 am. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹52,646.90 crore.

The scrip has surged 1.18% in the past week. However, it fell 1.44% in the past week and 17.11% year-to-date.

The stock touched a 52-week high of ₹891.90 on July 3, 2025, and a year’s low of ₹555.30 per unit on March 30, 2026.

In an exchange filing, the company said, "a meeting of the Board of Directors of HDB Financial Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to inter-alia consider the following: a) Approval of the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026; b) Recommendation of final dividend on the equity shares of the company, if any, for the financial year 2025- 26 including fixation of record date for the same."

Additionally, the board will also seek approval for borrowing of funds by issuance of non-convertible securities on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches.

The company has not announced the time to declare its earnings. However, in Q3 and Q2, results were released post-market hours.

In the December quarter of FY26, the company had posted a profit after tax of ₹644 crore, up 36.44% compared to ₹472 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.

Net interest income rose 22.1% to ₹2,285 crore in Q3 of the fiscal year 2026 as against ₹1,872 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.
