Godrej Consumer Products CEO Sudhir Sitapati’s resignation is effective from Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
In his letter to the board, Sudhir Sitapati cited Godrej Consumer Products’ performance during his tenure and how the company has outpaced shareholders' return in comparison to the sectoral benchmark index Nifty FMCG.
